History

Our story

The family’s story begins with Charles Lim, who immigrated from Indonesia. An inventor, he co‑patented a catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions, and later invested in single‑family and multifamily real estate in Ohio. His son, Jon Lim, worked in software in Seattle and now runs the family holdings.
